The History:  The Griffin is located at the corner of Warren Crescent and Pembroke Avenue in the beautiful, historic Hague section of Ghent.  The Griffin was originally constructed in 1897 as a single family dwelling. The Griffin is a 3-story brick and granite veneer apartment building and is adorned with a corner turret, pressed metal decorative front porch, and leaded glass windows.

Today:  The Griffin offers updated apartments with modern amenities. Features include central heat and air, dishwasher (except in studio), washer and dryer in unit, hardwood floors, modern fixtures, and tile bathrooms. Utilities included are water and sewer. Tenants are responsible for electricity, cooking gas, phone, and cable.
