Cavalier Land, Inc. manages the property for the condominium association and the rental of several owners’ units.  Features include exposed brick walls and wood beamed ceilings, wood floors, balconies, a washer and dryer in each unit, central air, and reserved parking. Some offer water views. Utilities included are water and sewer. Tenants are responsible for electricity, gas (in designated units), phone, and cable. There is a one-time $200.00 move in fee due to the condominium association.

Smoking is not allowed in Cavalier Land managed rental units. Pets are not permitted.
